Pooky, my Man Dog

I tell Doover (not a typo) that he is my Man Dog because he is getting so big.
On Jan 1, 1998, he weighs in at 84 pounds. He is almost 10 months old.
He has outgrown his chair, but he still sits in it and will curl up in it while hanging over on all sides.
In comparison to the above picture , the picture below was taken in the Summer when he was still quite small.
Notice the vice grip pliers holding the rawhide chewie. I did this so I could hold the chewies for him (which he still likes to this day) without getting my fingers bit off. It also prevented him from woofing the chewie down whole.
