This was Saturday, March 17, 1999.

It was too wet to mow so I went for a walk on our property with the ManDogs and found this "thing".

At first I thought I was a kite because of the attached string, but then I saw the popped balloon attached to the top of the parachute.

The white thing is the parachute and the pink thing is the popped balloon.

No UFO story is believable without witnesses. So...

Were there any alien occupants? You bet.
